General Policy

We’ve carefully curated our collection of products but understand that you may change your mind about a piece or that it may not work in your space as intended. We accept returns on most items within 21 days of delivery or in-person pick-up.  Some exceptions apply. All items labeled as “Final Sale” cannot be returned for refund or credit. All items sold as clearance, pop-up events, sidewalk sales, or warehouse sales will be considered “Final Sale” by default.

Items that are special ordered, custom made, or drop shipped from our vendors are non-returnable and not eligible for refund unless received damaged or defective. In the event that they are received damaged or defective please make note of condition on the proof of delivery when signing and provide photos of the packaging, the shipping label and the damaged product.

Products are not eligible for return or refund due to delays in order processing, shipping, or delivery. The estimated shipping dates and any changes to those dates that are made after an order is placed are agreed to at the time of purchase. We recommend confirming the estimated restock and shipping timelines prior to purchase via emailing customerservice@wildwoodhomecompany.com

Start the return process by emailing returns@wildwoodhomecompany.com . Please include all available order information such as order number, item quantity and reason for return.

All returned merchandise requires prior authorization by Wildwood Home Co. in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained RMA, pack and return items in original condition, include the provided RMA form, and send to:

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are made to the original method of payment less the original shipping fee and return shipping fee. For your convenience, we can provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of return receipt for the refund to be issued so that we may process the return and conduct a quality control review. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.   

Eligible merchandise must be returned in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original Wildwood Home Co. order confirmation or proof of purchase. All factory packaging must be intact, in saleable condition with original tags attached.
